Digital Operations & Marketplace Performance Analyst
Variovox is a specialized operational consultancy providing backend support for global e-commerce infrastructure. We are currently expanding our United State Operations Division to support the marketplace performance of major international brands across the US and EMEA regions.
The Role
This is a project-based operational role focused on E-commerce Continuity and Search Visibility. You will not be responsible for creative marketing, but rather for the technical and operational accuracy of digital assets within established global marketplaces.
Core Responsibilities
Marketplace Performance Auditing: Monitor and optimize product data, stock availability, and listing integrity across major international e-commerce platforms.
Search Engine Operations (SEO Support): Execute technical SEO workflows, including metadata verification and search performance tracking to maintain digital visibility.
E-Commerce Data Logistics: Coordinate with vendors to ensure supply chain data and documentation align with international marketplace compliance standards.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide structured weekly reports on marketplace KPIs and performance deviations.
Professional Requirements
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to technical detail and data integrity.
Language Proficiency: Strong professional English (written).
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in navigating enterprise e-commerce dashboards and professional communication suites.
Compliance: Strict adherence to international data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal security protocols is mandatory.

Commitment: Flexible project-based milestones (estimated 10-15 hours/week).
